Applying for a mortgage has never been easier. Our modern loan process is fast, efficient and simple.
Day 1: Request a Quote
The first step in the process is requesting a quote for your loan. We will send you a detailed term sheet including your rate, monthly payment, and all closing costs.
Day 2: Pre-Approval
If you accept the quote, you can complete your application online or over the phone. We will review all the information and pre-approve your loan within 24 hours.
Day 3: Upload Loan Documents
After the loan has been pre-approved, you will be asked to provide documentation (i.e. tax returns, pay stubs, bank statements, etc.) These docs can be uploaded directly to our website, emailed to your loan processor, faxed, mailed, or dropped off at our King of Prussia & Philadelphia locations.
Day 4: Order the Appraisal & Lock your Rate
Once we have all your loan docs, it is time to order the appraisal and lock your rate. You are 3 weeks away from closing your loan!
Day 15: Final Approval
When the appraisal comes back, we will review your file with you one last time to go over any final requirements and documentation that may be needed. A final approval will be issued in 48 hours or less.
Day 21: Schedule the closing
We will coordinate with all parties involved to schedule a time that is most convenient. We are available Monday-Saturday – morning, afternoon, or evening. The closing can take place at your home or any other location that you choose including our offices in Philadelphia or King of Prussia, PA. We will also review the final settlement statement with you at least 24 hours before the closing.
